Erica Diggs brings a rare combination of gemological education, jewelry design knowledge, bench experience, stone-setting skill, manufacturing insight, and real-world industry experience to every appraisal assignment.
She has worked in the jewelry industry since 2011, serving private clients, entertainers, professional athletes, collectors, and other high-profile clientele. Your report describes the stones in your piece, how the piece was built, and what it would cost to replace it today.
Erica also earned degrees in marketing from Berkeley College. Her education in marketing, combined with her technical jewelry training and industry experience, has supported her ability to build jewelry brands, understand luxury consumers, communicate value, and serve a diverse clientele.
